Frequently Asked Questions

-Deliveries: Orders for Monday deliveries need to be placed by midnight Saturday. Orders for
Thursday deliveries need to be placed by Tuesday midnight.
-Pickup: Midnight 2 days prior to pickup day (ex. midnight Monday for Wednesday pickup)

-Microwave: Open one corner of the lid and microwave for 30 seconds-2 minutes depending
upon the size of the meal. Better results may be obtained by microwaving in 2 or 3 shorter
periods and stirring the contents between microwave sessions.
-Traditional Oven: Remove from container and place into an oven safe dish to reheat. 350⁰ for
5-10 minutes depending upon the size of the meal.

-Yes, you can adjust proteins, carbs, and vegetables by the ounce if your portions need
customized.

-Meals can be picked up on their scheduled day during business hours for Power Up Sports and
Wellness. M-F 5am-10pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm
-Deliveries are made from 1pm-5pm on Monday and Thursday

-We currently deliver within 7.5 mile radius of our location. Use our locator tool to see if we
deliver to your location!

-We recommend consuming our meals within 4 days after receiving them. We recommend
freezing meals that you do not plan to eat within 4 days. Frozen meals should be consumed
within 2 weeks after receiving them.

-Pickup orders: No startup fee
-Delivery: There is a initial $20 fee to cover the cost of the insulated delivery bags.

-On the day of the delivery, we ask you to set out the insulated delivery bag from your previous
order so that we may swap it out with the one we will be leaving with your new delivery.
